How to

Cookie Jar (Makes ~20 Cookies)

Included In Jar

  • GF Plain Flour
  • Bicarbonate Soda 
  • Salt 
  • Light Brown Sugar
  • Granulated Sugar 
  • Milk & White Chocolate Chips

Wet Ingredients to be added

  • 170g Melted Butter (Cooled)
  • 2 small egg 
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method

  • When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 180°c.
  •  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • In a large bowl, beat together the butter, egg, and vanilla.
  • Empty the jar ingredients into the bowl and stir until combined. Use hands if needed to combine mixture.
  •  Refrigerate at least 15 to 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
  • Using about 2 Tablespoons, scoop the dough onto the baking sheet. 
  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are slightly crisp yet still soft in the middle. 
  • Leave to cool.


Brownie Jar (Makes 2 9"x9" brownies)

Included In Jar

  • Salt
  • Baking Powder
  • GF Plain Flour
  • Cocoa
  • Brown Sugar
  • Caster Sugar
  • Milk & White Chocolate Chips

Wet Ingredients to be added

  • 300g Melted Butter 
  • 6 Medium Eggs (Beaten)

Method

  • When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 160°c.
  • Melt Butter.
  • Combine the contents of the jar with melted butter.
  • Add beaten eggs. 
  • Mix well, and pour into a lined 9" x 9" tin. 
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes.
  • Leave to cool in baking tin.
